Two condominium units on the second floor that can function as one big unit or two separate units. Unit 4 is on the lake side with decks and access toward the lake or the side woods. (These units are on the end of the building on the east side of the second floor units.) With the door and hallway arrangements a family can use these two units as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, double-kitchen unit, or they can be used totally independent of each other as two separate rental units.
The view from Unit 4 out over the north beach of the island toward Garden, Squaw and Whiskey Islands is spectacular.
