Lake Geneserath Acreage & Waterfront
A very unusual 54.5 acre parcel on the West side of Lake Geneserath just above the South Arm of Lake Geneserath. (It includes some of the lake frontage of the West side of the South Arm.) This parcel has a little over 1500 feet of lake frontage down to the South line of section 16. It has State land along its North line and along most of its South line. The Northern part of it is hardwood’s and the Southern part of it is Conifers such as Cedar and Hemlock and a mixture of White Birch, Aspen and Red Maple. It has a County road running through it called Vreeland’s Trail. The road has not been kept up for vehicle travel over the years but has been kept opened for snowmobilers, four wheelers and hikers. This road only provides access to one another parcel. (The forty acres West of this lake front piece and just at the NE corner of that forty.) This parcel would make a fantastic hunting camp or fishing camp property, but it can also be used for a nice home on the lake with lots of acreage behind it and tremendous privacy. All of the land North of it including all the rest of the West side of Lake Geneserath and the North shore of Lake Geneserath is State land. This piece could even be subdivided if somebody wanted to buy it and sell off part of it for funds to build your own place. (Only a few lots can be created however.) Lake Geneserath frontage in 2007 was fetching over $1000 per foot on other parts of the lake. This is therefore a tremendous opportunity and a good buy for someone at only $173,000.
