Lot 11 Lookout Point Plat
Lakefront lot with 125 feet of frontage almost in the town of St. James but in a secluded private subdivision just northeast of the town area. This lot is actually at the northeast corner of the island and is part of the south side of Sucker Point. This lot has sandy beach with pebble stone mixed into the sand.
