This Adolph Family Trust Parcel is a one of a kind offering almost in the town of St. James. It is contiguous to the old Christian Brothers Place of 20 Acres on its North side. Its South line is over a quarter mile of Hannon’s Road (1440 feet from King’s Highway to its Western line).
