These two beautiful sandy beach lakefront lots on East Side Drive between South Arm Road and Pat’s Road have 219 feet of beach frontage. The beach frontage is on the North end of the base of the long point (south of them) that in some years is out of water. Sand always catches on the north side of this unnamed underwater point, and therefore keeps its sandy beach almost all the time. The building sites on either of these lots is across the road as every other house along this stretch is, with the houses looking out at the beach frontage. These lots also have access to Lake Geneserath on Lake Drive just a little to the North which runs from East Side Drive, to the waters of Lake Geneserath.
