In 2024 Greenwald was hired to completely redo the kitchen, including new flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms were all repainted and the driveway was improved. Through the end of 2024 well over $200,000. of capital improvements were made to the house and about $15,000 was spent on new furniture. This 1248 sqft home is a totally redone lake front home; essentially a brand new home. With the raw land value at a little over $110,000 and the replacement cost of the structures over $570,000, it would cost someone about $700,000 to reproduce this property.
