“Not quite lakefront” 10 on west side at Chandler’s Cove. A ten-acre parcel just inland from the shoreline with a narrow sliver of State lake frontage out in front (west) of the parcel. To see this parcel drive in South Mill Trail (off West Side Rd) to Urbon Rd. (a.k.a Chandler’s Rd) to the lakefront home at the end of the private road. This parcel is in Section 1 with State land north of it. You can walk out your front door and walk across the public land to the water.

This is the most secluded, most private spot for homes on the west side of Beaver Island.
